The address of this Homebuilder... is a small office building in China town. The name of the founder/contact given appears to be Pakistani... There is a LinkIn profile created for a “venture capitalist” in Vancouver by that name...or, there is a young drug trafficker there by that name...or an IT guy in marketing firm.. Anyhow...
