then I fixed a bunch of issues with mbspotify and CB which prevented creating new mappings

over the weekend I merged all the data to postgres9.5

LordSputnik: I actually made a "notes" document. So didn't have it pre-written, but I had set up what I wanted to say and the order to say it in.

I hope to launch it tomorrow, after I double-check that the data wasn’t altered during the migration

we’re also clearing up some easy-to-fix bugs around dataset creation to make it a little easier to use. I’m going to get some students to build some datasets this week

and I’m writing some blog posts for AB. getting back into the swing of things now. We have some neat plans for the next 6 months or so

This could also solve http://tickets.musicbrainz.org/browse/MBS-8835 in that the SSO endpoint could return a custom value for whether a user is autoeditor or not, which could be utilised by a Discourse plugin.

Anyway.

I've disabled changing of e-mails now on Discourse (we agreed earlier to let users use different e-mail addresses for the two), as we can move freely between OAuth2 and Discourse SSO as long as the e-mail addresses match.

So we can go ahead with "releasing" tomorrow and integrate Discourse SSO at a later point.

If anyone objects, please raise your hands. :)

We need to decide how much logo detail we want to use a) in page headers, b) in favicons.

Currently, the page headers mostly use the no-detail version (only split hexagon with colours).

Some favicons also use the no-detail version, some use the a-few-details version.

I'd use at least the medium kind of detail, if not the one the discourse one has
