i noticed i am getting disconnected in regular intervals so i am not able to see the full chatlogs in freenode irccloud.. any suggestions what should i do?

There are other IRC clients too like matrix

or you can setup your own bouncer using znc IG

and our work in listenbrainz focuses on that in part -- the hardest part is having the data.

first step is to map MB <=>spotify .

I'll be working on that in a few weeks once I finish a pile of other data projects.

We need some API exposed from the music service too. Like Amazon music has no APIs as of now. But yeah we can add export to youtube for our playlists

i think there are more options in spotify compared to apple music, amazon music, wynk etc..

i dont know if they even need to buy the content they provide

AFAIK BBC Music stopped to supply to metadata from MB, at least that's what it looks like when you would like to see http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/artists/5700dcd4-c13... So I guess that the pinned Tweet on the MB account and https://musicbrainz.org/doc/BBC_Landing_Page should be dropped altogether?

The BBC artist pages have gone, yes. However, the BBC still uses our data in many other ways.

the wiki page should be updated to reflect how they use our data, but there is not need to remove it altogether.
