Tried some workarounds but then it fails for other modules too. Should something be done prior to updating the cpanfile?

first I ran make in the docker dir to generate the dockerfiles

I did modification in the Dockerfile.import-database file based on https://serverfault.com/questions/54297/cpan-fa..., added the installing libdatetime-perl. But then it fails for File::Slrup module.
