MBS-9462: Create missing l_event_url triggers for standalone databases created before schema 21 https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/MBS-9462

created some l_event_url triggers in the production database which have been missing since 2014 and explain why some URLs don't get removed (but isn't the only reason)

submitted some prs to improve our js, by starting to add flow types and enabling async/await transforms in babel

helped fix some other weird mbs issues related to consul-template (temporarily at least) and DateTime caching

So I attended the Flock to Fedora summit. It was my first open source summit (also first trip to the US). Met a lot of nice people there, who were kind enough to ignore how little I knew about the FOSS world. :)

Last week I dove back into work and getting re-organized from pre-vacation time. Which meant a few emails here and there.
