Happy bruce_r got the task sorted! It confirms elasticsearch is a tough dependency to install and the dev set up instructions should be updated to use Docker.
RavenWorks, I confirm that user collections are definitely on the roadmap for BookBrainz. And somewhere down the line, a good recommendation engine.

code_master5: Sorry, had to run off for a session last night. I thought you meant "hidden" as in "reported-as-spam-and-an-admin-hid-it". I don't how to deal with unpublished reviews that you want to publish, sorry. :/
Mr_Monkey: Using ListenBrainz? 😂

Freso: yes, from 'hidden' I meant "reported-as-spam-and-an-admin-hid-it". Suppose you hide a reported review as a moderator. Now, if you again want to 'unhide' the review, how would you do that?
Right now, when I visit the 'hidden' review from 'moderator logs', I can't see any option to do that.
iliekcomputers
code_master5: i dont think there is an option to be honest
reosarevok
iliekcomputers: should that be a GCI task?
iliekcomputers
Can be, but if code_master5 wants to do it, he could.

Mr_Monkey: s/the dev set up instructions should be updated to use Docker/the set up should be updated to use SOLR/ ?
Mr_Monkey
reosarevok: Yeeepp.
reosarevok
Thought so :D

There's still Redis and Postgres, and apparently, there can be all sorts of issues with PG across operating systems, so I suppose the point is still valid
As for elasticsearch… *menacing voice* it's days are counted.

reosarevok: iliekcomputers : That's okay with me. Make that a GCI task if you guys want to. 👍

I wonder, would it be desirable to have picard save all artist tags (performers, composers, etc.) also with their Ids ? So if a song currently has a "Performer [piano]" tag with value "Some person", we could also store a "MusicBrainz Performer [piano] Id" tag with its uuid? I would volunteer to work on that, but before starting, I would like to know if you want that feature
Currently it could happen that two different artists have the same name, and if the "Performer [piano]" tag is used somehow, it's not possible to associate it (with 100% confidence) with an artist name. This problem would disappear with that feature
code_master5
iliekcomputers: Let's make a ticket for unhide button and make it a GCI task.
iliekcomputers
code_master5: ok
Sounds good
code_master5
iliekcomputers: Also, I was thinking, why the moderator can hide a review, only if it has been reported by someone?
I feel that the moderator's interface should allow him/her to just hide/unhide a review, whether it has been reported by someone or not.
