well, looks like I'm gonna need some more CORS fixes to get isrc submission working on ws/2: "Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://test.musicbrainz.org/ws/2/recording/?cl.... (Reason: CORS preflight channel did not succeed)."
looks like this issue is already covered by MBS-6033
reosarevok, I remember you asking me about LtR. In case you are still interested - https://video.fosdem.org/2019/K.3.201/learning_... I for one think it would definitely improve our search results even more. Maybe you, yvanzo and Leo_Verto can look into it
You will have to do the annotations along with the other editors :p
yvanzo
samj1912: Thank you, I hope you enjoyed FOSDEM, followed it a bit, looked good :)
samj1912
yvanzo, yes I did :D
yvanzo
bitmap: Is there any advantage to run Starman or Server::Starter over plackup for slave server?
reosarevok
yvanzo: is there any way to change the URL sidebar_name depending on entity type?
reosarevok: Only when you can deduce entity type from URL pattern.
reosarevok
:'(
I guess I just need to generalize the string then
yvanzo
That’s a shortcoming of the current impl. which does not allow to take relationship type into account to label external links, except for official homepage but that’s very hackish.
The only point of naming URLs in lib/ rather than root/ is to provide names through web service, but this is not the case currently.
iliekcomputers: would you like to add on something to the idea of Swarm?
Am I thinking in right direction?
iliekcomputers
What was the swarm idea?
Freso
SothoTalKer_: It's not stuck at all. And version will be updated whenever the PKGBUILD needs to be updated.

iliekcomputers: Swarm to connect multiple docker daemons.
Do the docker containers have different daemons?
Playground and lb_default
iliekcomputers
In development, Both the repositories would be on different docker networks. Not different daemons.
If you wanna connect to the listenbrainz rabbitmq container, we'd just have to change the default network for the playground docker-compose project probably
Let me look at that. In the meanwhile, you can just assume that you have an HOST and a PORT with which to connect to rmq.
pristine_
Umm. Okay. They both are connected to the default network 'bridge'. I wonder if we could make use of that.
We will need to exchange the IPs of the containers. Probably.
>The simplest deployment strategy is to have eventlet or gevent installed, and start the web server by calling socketio.run(app) as shown in examples above. This will run the application on the eventlet or gevent web servers, whichever is installed.
>Note that socketio.run(app) runs a production ready server when eventlet or gevent are installed.
i'm not sure what changes will be required on the gateways side
