ruaok: sorry I missed what you said before about building the bigger indexes, I went afk quickly because of a thanksgiving dinner. As alastairp said we have some fixes to make first, but we are very close to building bigger.
alastairp: I have a number of those fixes to be pushed, would you like to meet some time this week and discuss what else needs to be done?
and no longer updated. sure, we have it in the history if we ever need it again.

for the MSB -> MBID matching project I'm trying to come up a test suite of tracks that are known edge cases that must be matched in order for the alg to be considered to be working "right".
I'm looking for tracks that are "bonus tracks". so. for instance, a release comes out in the US, but then the DE or JP version adds one new track.
if you know tracks like that, I'd love to see them added to the spreadsheet.
all text lower case of what is appears at in MB.
and then the name and MBID of the release you'd expect it to match.
and we're always hoping to match to "digital album" releases -- not singles or vinyl that may have come out earlier.
does that make sense?
reosarevok
Sure.
In most cases, digital bonus tracks are in comparison with the CD, not with other digital versions
(although sometimes iTunes or some other place *will* get one extra track)
reosarevok: I remember this case from early CDs, but for the life of me cannot remember any tracks that fit this. its been too long since the early 90s.
