well I first noticed in http://musicbrainz.org/show/edit/?editid=12393759 that the instrument was capitalised, so I was like "huh?" and poked about the instrument tree and noticed that they're nearly all capitalised which seems weird because most of them aren't proper nouns

in terms of dealing with duplicate artist names, how are they stored in the artist table ?
