well, once you have carton itself installed (cpan will do), it's 'carton install --deployment' from the root directory of the server

that puts everything into <server root>/local

It's worked in the past, just not working with the latest update

and then you can run the server, and associated scripts, using 'carton exec -- <whatever>'

or wait for ocharles to get here so he can tell you how to install that module properly
