        i think it's overly complex. a musician has to submit media field to a specialiized service to be encoded with the weed DRM, and only then can the files be placed on the network.

        from what I was looking at earlier, almost nothing on windows supports v2.4 Some stuff would take utf-16 with bom in v2.4, a lot would choke on that, and nothing did utf8 in 2.4 100% correct
