Wow quite a bit of stuff gets talked about in an hour, that must have taken quite some time/effort to write up.

sometimes cleaning and retrying helps, but in this case, its a big package.

alastairp yeah been flooded in, but went to help a freind save his house all night

am on a hill in, so it runs through but does not biuld up, river still way up

alastairp they just took a long time to get to the fault, was over river and had to get helicopter to get the workers in

well they predict another 150mm overnight so storm still not over

a freinds place, normally at least 10 meters above river, it did go higher than that later

last big flood we had was the manawatu ones in 04
