Kyïv should also give Kyyiv

pankkake: AFAIK, there's not "transliterated" search index, so the search doesn't know that "Kyïv" → "Kyyiv".

And if that's your issue, there's already a SEARCH ticket for it, IIRC.

pankkake: just remembered I mailed one of those editors ages ago from my gmail account. No answer, so I suspect the problem with that one at least was user not tech
