I entered a release right now

now, I want to merge them

I think I did it but I cannot see where is my modification

at least, searching for the artist shows my 2 discs with a font background color in orange

Okay. It looks like you did everything right, except that there is a third (existing) version of Rocco. That release-group should also be merged with the two you created.

(not the *release* itself, which is different -- just the release-group)

yes, indeed. the third one is the digital version.

The orange highlighted text indicates that those entities have pending edits.

Okay. So, last step is to merge my release into a new release group including the digital release.

I'll look at this later.

I'll have to frist look at the doc; I entered data into MB long time ago. Not ease to re-do everything right after such a long period

If you'd like to go farther, the recordings from the digital release should probably also be merged with the CD version (assuming they are the same recordings)

You're right, you shouldn't merge the *releases*. You should merge the *recordings*.

(each track is a recording)

Sorry, let me rephrase that. The recordings should be merged, but *you* are not obligated :-)
