Well, it looks that all of the four ones in there are pretty Scholz-y
It's super hard usually to figure out which ones are 100% fake credits though

reosarevok, most, if not all, of those credited seem to be Scholz related but itś two different people at least

reosarevok: can you recognize nouns in German? ^^
reosarevok
I would have fixed it myself if I did :p
(I mean, I can recognize some words that should be lowercase, but)
SothoTalKer
reosarevok: well, you also could just open the scores on IMSLP and capitalize as it is there ;)
reosarevok
Yes, or I could leave it to a person who will do it in a fifth of the time while I do something I can do in a sensible amount of time :)
SothoTalKer
like arguiing with me
anyway, why is there that stuff in brackets
like "(Anmutig, Etwas Lebhaft, Doch Nicht Zu Sehr)". because for piece number 6 is something missing
well, 6 and 10.
reosarevok: well, there you go. now what about that bracket stuff? No. 3 also has other "Vortragsanweisungen" (:
reosarevok
Those are just tempo markings. What do you mean something is missing? :)
SothoTalKer
well not only tempo but overall how the music shall be played, tempo is just a part of it. "humorvoll" aka "humorous" is not exactly a tempo ;) anyway. number 3 has other tempo markings in it.
as 6 and 10. do you only use the first one?
reosarevok
It depends. For identification, might be good enough. If it's not super long, you could add the missing ones
this is a group (a duo) but these people are credited in the wrong direction.
However, they also seem to just not be crediting actual artists on musicbrainz, but another actual group those members are in :/
angreifer
evelyn: hmm, yeah, strange
I'd say if you know who they are and think you can fix it, go ahead
evelyn: reverse direction itself not that strange, seen that often enough, just a wrong direction, somebody probably misclicked or didn't pay attention
but this is kind of weird indeed
evelyn
I looked at the editing history and it's not like the artists in question have been merged with the groups in question
I'd say just a case of somebody confused by the UI
reosarevok
Probably
evelyn
that looks like they could be the artists who made the album
they are called hannah elizabeth and griff jameson

Something went wrong with these cover art uploads but I have no idea what because IA item histories are no longer visible:
Sometimes I get the new notes received banner even though I have it disabled. Not using beta BTW

Hi guys. I've seen several digital releases that somehow have barcodes, even though there's no packaging for these. Assuming these are UPC codes, where do you guys get the UPC codes from?
SothoTalKer
digital releases can also have UPC codes
or EAN or GTIN :))
cam1170
Oh cool. Do bandcamp and/or iTunes have these?
Or do you have to look at a database somewhere? Receipt?
SothoTalKer
itunes has them somewhere, i think
but you cannot really see them. i just know someone shared some database file a long time ago which had them
cam1170
That's good. I'll leave it alone then, thank you

could have been like 2 years ago. maybe itunes now has a way to access them more easily?
you could look in the edit history if there's a notice on the source
