I'm working on getting the GM Discogs script installed now.

Is there a link on that github page to a download that I am just missing?

I can see the source of the script.

Greasemonkey instructions suggested one could often click a link.

I have always clicked the button that said

"install this script" ?

I just see a copy to clipboard link after the script name.

Which I could obviously do and then paste it into a file.

but actually it's track "A1" on medium 2 of the release

it lists position, not track name

and in the specific medium, not on the full release

in general, "the" *should* be at the end, but it's not always done right

sort names are a strange corner of MB

the recording <-> acoustid mapping can change, the file <-> acoustid mapping shouldn't

Also a looked-up acoustID can be different than the one that you get after you submit a new recording.

yeah, I had 3 MP3s, 2 had one acoustid, 1 had another, rescanned all 3, and one changed to the other acoustid

the tracks were identical bar about a second of silence on the end

did you submit in between rescanning?
