<brianfreud> iirc, the AC field did need to be populated, since the form prepopulates it with the current artist value, so that needed to be overridden. Must just be setting with the wrong thing.

personally,i'd prefer to set the ac field to "",since you'd have to clear it anyway because it can lead to unwanted mistakes
that feel when you sense firefox is crashing and you spent so much time fixing artist credits in the release editor
