if you want them yourself, you need to get amazon keys, and run admin/RebuildCoverArt

Leftmost: I'm under the impression that they would be the "publisher" (which you can denote by creating a release-label relationship), unless it's the only label on the release, in which case chances are it's the label also.

The "label" in question is a retailer, but the case has no other label information, and the website also lists only this retailer.
