Looking at that list, and researching a few, and thinking about it, it seems they should all drop off, since really even if you find a CD release, how can you be sure it was not a rip of the vinyl?

hm ich weiß nicht. das wäre mir eher im weg. und die übersetzungen sind schon in der regel doppelt so lang ;)

allerdings habe ich es bei public domain so gemacht: "Gemeinfreiheit (Public Domain)" (weil der englische begriff legal anscheinend noch eine leicht andere bedeutung hat)
