at home I have a cheap subscription thingy which allows me to rent a bicycle at any train station in the country.

they are like here too, pay 80 nok and get to bicycle any of those things for i dunno, a year

the bikes are a bit crappy, but still much nicer to go around a city with than waiting for busses.

oh ah, -en is singular in norwegian, so thats weird to me :)

you need the extra 'p' to prevent the first syllable to become open and lengthen the sound of the 'a'.
