It will be visible immediately

But you'll have to manually click "tagger"

because it won't be visible to the search server for a while

but there are not any puid's related to the tracks yet

You don't have to have PUIDs to find stuff in Picard

If you go to http://musicbrainz.org/release/53798441-c471-4a... you'll se a little green "Tagger" button

if you click that, the release will load in Picard
