i have picard running on fedora 10 and the puid scanning doesn't seem to be working

couldn't find libofa on my system either

odd that the fedora build wouldn't have this stuff as a dependency

it uses ffmpeg it seems, which I already have, so no idea why it doesn't work

I guess one may as well build it oneself instead

i just installed ffmpeg, but no help either. doing it from scratch might be the only way to go

That said, GS' UI is hardly any better.

Well, not that I've spent hours discussing this with a workmate and begun work on our own solution, but as disjointed as it is from the dev side of Trac, it's like one extreme to the other.

there's no real easy way to address UV items from other systems, and the level of interaction is incredibly simplistic for what it could really achieve.

There was also something silly like comments appear in reverse chronological order ad you can onyl have one official response per item from an admin.

GS falls victim to the same flaws too, just that the UI isn't anywhere near as nice.

That said, I wouldn't mind helping triage things in UV if you do go with them in the end. Or at least being pokable about its weirdities.
