Well.. I have a box sets that have titled "box set title" - "artist name" and "box set title" - "artist name 2" should I move that 2 to box set title when adding release?

if I understand you correctly the different discs have different artist subtitles?

I wouldn't say subtitle, there's litterally number 2 added to artist name on other set, like indicated that this is second compilation for this artist.

in that case you should probably include it as a boxset subtitle, "Boxset name: Toomas Anni 2"

I wish there was a way to find the edit that removed a release; release 6de5543b-445c-4bcd-bf60-888b5c7b86e3 took forever to enter, simply because of the huge length of the titles, and the large number of tracks. Yet though it had plenty to document it's existence in the add edit ( http://musicbrainz.org/show/edit/?editid=10793717 and related), it's simply gone now that I tried to re-tag against it. :(

wouldn't you be able to hack up a query if you have db access?

It'd be nice, though, if the "This release has been removed" and "This release group has been removed" texts also contained a link to the removing edit.

Even were the # higher (or maybe esp if it were higher?), I think it'd be a smart change.

you can't use anything other than musicbrainz
