the major bug was that it was sending it as text/html instead of text/plain

although the content-type was being set, mod_python/2.7.11 doesn't automatically emit the headers

and luks had written it for apache 2 and mod_python 3

it also needed some \r's at the end of certain output lines and it was putting 200 before each multiple output line

and there was one place it was outputing decimal where it should have been hex

nikki_: we do that for "lisibility" reasons, as most time using CAPS avoid idiosyncrasy and mistakes (official papers and such)

by their logic, we should also capitalise transliterated names from japanese...

'cause they often capitalise the surname so people understand which name is which (since some people use surname forename and others use forename surname)

but that's silly since our sortnames easily point out the surname
