      • 2005-05-22 14226, 2005

      • zanaga
right.. this is pretty dumb, but it works. So to get the artist of an album you need to query the artist of the first track.
      • 2005-05-22 14246, 2005

      • zanaga
ah well, i'm not looking for pretty. As long as it works, i'm happy.

      • 2005-05-22 14258, 2005

VA is a case of it's own, but this is for non-VA album

        with VA that makes sense
      • 2005-05-22 14252, 2005

      • KAeL
that's strange, and AlbumGetArtistName isn't very well chosen if it applies to each track :)
      • 2005-05-22 14239, 2005

      • zanaga

hmph.. it's hell to do any work when you have to avoid using any keyboard shortcuts, even copy&paste is painful
      • 2005-05-22 14238, 2005

      • KAeL
        why can't u use keyboard shortcuts ?
      • 2005-05-22 14250, 2005

      • zanaga
i'm using Breezy, which is pretty broken at the moment. keyboard shortcuts behave all funny and can cause dataloss. CTRL-L in nautilus appears to do the same as CTRL-W, CTRL-A in gedit was CTRL-W or something more destructive.
