Other opinions on https://musicbrainz.org/release/99fa3d7f-27ad-4e0… and whether it should have a barcode entered, given that the barcode in question appears only on the adhesive plastic seal and nowhere on the release itself?
Personally, I'd say yes. Most Japanese releases' barcodes are located on the obi rather than the case itself.

Personally, I see the obi as being sort of a different thing, as it's not clearly intended to be thrown away. The plastic seals are pretty clearly meant as trash (and it takes special effort to get it off in one piece).
