I think the way you wrote it on your edit makes perfect sense. The use of Roman numerals is with works of movements.

toddobryan: the general guideline is "if the movement numbers are printed, put them, if they're not printed, don't"
I've sometimes added them if, say, all other works on the CD have them but they left them off for one, for consistency (after checking the work does indeed have movements)
