Spotify changes stuff all the time, including transparently replacing tracks with other tracks to deal with changing licensing situations

I've never seen artist pulling this off before. Whenever they made changes the URLs would change (Spotify) or 404 (most other services)

the tracks? probably not, the recordings, even less so. but the recording *disambiguiarions* should have it imho
