monkey: Do we have cover images for edition groups ?

Hi ansh ! We don't currnetly have support for images in BookBrainz I'm afraid

If it's not in use in CB, then probably best to save the SVGs each to a file

I'd say make code also be able to take a covrat imag for a book, as that is comming in the future. and for now take the "default image" for situiations where a book has no cover (as that can happen even with bcaa)

same as with releases

Umm it depends on how we are fetching the images. It is an easy task. Once we have the images, I'll add it.

One feature missing (coming in another PR) is a checkbox to copy the AC form an Edition to its Edition Group.
