I'm fed up with not seeing images
      • Don't expect me much on there tho
      • snuggie2713[m]
Yeah I set this up but it's not importing previous scrobbles, just new ones

snuggie2713: It should import from the beginning the first time, then set a date from which to import.
      • Try setting the "Start import from (optional)" field to the date you want to start importing, then click on the big green "connect to Last.FM" button to save the setting (I just realized this is how you would save a change to username or import date and it is very unclear 💩, I'm creating a ticket to improve it).
      • There should be some short wait after that, but eventually (less than an hour) you should have all the scrobbles from that start date. If some scrobbels are not imported, there might be an issue with our code or the scrobbles' metadata that prevents them from being imported, please let us know how the situation evolves.
      • rustynova: Just saw your comment about media player buttons in BrainzPlayer. They've been there for aaaages (July 2021 apparently). That was a dealbreaker for me, so I implemented it pretty early on.
      • I had to hack my way through to take over the Media Session created by embedded players (Youtube, Spotify, etc.) by playing a silent track, in order to allow prev/next navigation.

        Wha-
      • Then why didn't I could skip tracks before!?
      • Actually this may be a Firefox issue. At least on mobile.
      • I had to switch to mobile for Brainzplayer and I'm using kiwi browser (chromium based) as my navigator. On Firefox it only show pause/play and kiwi browser got everything.
      • I need to check on pc, but pretty sure Firefox doesn't work either

Interesting. I know Firefox is more conservative on certain aspects, I'll need to do some testing.

One god send of Firefox is the autoplay blocker. That's so annoying to have autoplaying videos.
      • I remember at my old job, a customer was mad that they couldn't autoplay their cringy ad on their website. We couldn't do anything against it.
