hamham2: best thing you can do it convince people who listen to similar music genres as you to start using listenbrainz. if the system can't find anyone with sufficiently similar tastes as you, the overlaps that it does find will only be on songs that "everybody knows"

hamham2[m]: ivs been working on it on and off during free time for over a year now since the spotify nerf to build a more "modern" recsys with local dumps of lb and mb data beacuse of similar frustrations with troi not being able to give good recs for relatively unscrobbled music. its been getting better but not great. maybe in another X years i will be at a point where i'm happy it xd. i guess i'm saying you aren't alone haha
