hi, I was checking this [ticket(LB-1769)](https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/LB-1769) and to implement this, these are the steps I thought.
1. Create a function in YIM to get the listens per year based on release data.
2. Get the data to react component using query similar to [this](https://github.com/metabrainz/listenbrainz-server/blob/16218571c1725bc131a3b6adfbfbfaa1a1259654/listenbrainz_spark/query_map.py#L41)
