I always interpreted the usage of the word "Features" as "this *includes* tracks you haven't listened to before, mixed in with tracks you have heard too"

But I agree, at some point the algorithm has got to realise "Maybe if the user has heard a track 10, heavens forbid 100 times, they probably don't need it recommended to them." lol :)
