        Regarding the pull requests: I think the main advise is that you should have a single branch with a feature, and if you want to do some other changes you switch to a new branch.

        I will comment on your ticket separately. But one note: I think there might be some use for folder watching, but I would not be in favor of the full automation as proposed in the ticket. Picard is really supposed to show the changes before the user saves.

        We already have enough users on the forums that load all their files, hit scan, then close their eyes, select all files and just hit save. So in the current state I don't think it would be good to actually automate this workflow.
