reosarevok brought up an important point that users who donate anonymously usually wish to hide their real name on MeB donations page but do not mind editors otherwise knowing about it.

I think as long as we effectively doxx users who don't request anonimity, punishing them without flairs for it is unfair :)

We've set a bunch of people as anonymous recently who wrote to support because they didn't realize their real name would be public - but clearly didn't mind their username being listed and probably would like flairs if they care about those

and the user just replied on support with the same, as long as their real name is not revealed they would like it.
to reset the conflicting files you should be able to just do git checkout --ours -- po while merging/rebasing

bitmap, ansh: my general recommendation would be not to update the .po files as part of a PR. Especially in combination with Weblate. This will nearly neccesarily cause merge conflicts. Also if you update the .pot file the Weblate MB server project is already configured to update the .po files also.

If you really want to mass update the .po files: make sure weblate has pushed it's changes, rebase on top of this changes, then merge again.
