I finished pushing all of the genre tags to musicbrainz that I had been working on through the last month or so!, including cleaning up the handful of bad tags that I initially submitted. I don’t have complete stats of what I added yet, but I’m planning on publishing something in the forums this week explaining what we did
I also responded to some support emails for reo, and also had a few small discussions with lucifer

I was mostly off for holidays, so didn't much MB stuff (but I did some "IRL picard" cleaning/organizing my records)
I worked on a plan for improving MB Telegram alerts handling, which I linked here earlier, and started a syswiki doc for sharing common diagnostics knowledge
and IIRC after the last meeting several weeks ago I worked a bit on React state handling in the release editor

We released Picard 2.7.1 just before Christmas
I worked on new patches for 2.7.2 (due this week) and 2.8
I had a nice video meeting with yvanzo
plus usual maintenance, upgrades, keeping things up

I did very little in the break, other than go to california and eat tacos and then go do a lot of hiking in catalunya. 60km for the year so far.

tried to debug the lfm import issues many users reported, not much success on my side but multiple users later followed up that disabling ublock (adblocker) helped. will look deeper hopefully soon. also answered some queries on community and twitter.
worked on fixing many api compat bug fixes, making year in music rerunable, improved mbid support in various LB features (feedback, pinned recordings), importing feedback from lfm, backfilling entire listen history from spotify (similar to lfm import).
