outsidecontext: I deployed new version of Picard Website, which includes changes about translations, I enabled Spanish & Albanian translations (>80% done), next candidate is Ukrainian (if someone can finish the translation...).

zas: Thanks a lot.
About Ukrainian: I think at least parts of it were made with AI translation. So this needs reviewing.
But if there is someone here speaking Ukrainian it would be appreciated if you could go over the incomplete strings at https://translations.metabrainz.org/projects/pi... . I think there is a translation for everything already, the marked ones just need to be reviewd.

may i try?

Sure!

i think you should replace "Windows Store" with "Microsoft Store" in the master locale file
outsidecontext[m
That's true. I think it used to be the Windows Store at some point, though. Not sure how it is currently shown in Windows 10 / 11.
Wikipedia says they renamed it in 2017. That's a few years before the first Picard version got published there :D Yes, we should rename it
0KepOnline/emptybrainz: thanks a lot for this, much appreciated. About the string you were uncertain about: is it about the language, or the technical formatting?

tech formatting
outsidecontext[m
The formatting seems good. So if "Picard ліцензовано відповідно до GPL 2.0 або пізнішої версії та розміщено на GitHub, де активно розробляється деякими чудовими розробниками." is good wording this is ok
I renamed the "Windows Store" to "Microsoft Store" as suggested

done, perfect 100%

Awesome. I just enabled the language, so the next time zas deploys the website the translation will be live

I can say for sure the Russian translation for Picard needs to be fixed too. But I don't have enough power to do that; I've already been translating the main MB project all by myself 😦

is there a way to pipe results from e.g., grep into picard?
