@zas hi, would you have time to do a Picard release in the next days? The Windows DLL issue discussed on the forums is a regression, we lost calling the workaround for this acciedentally when the CI builds where changed for new code signing.

I really need to test this properly. Also with newer PyInstaller. It seems like the lates PyInstaller versions would make this even worse :(
But for the current version of PyInstaller the existing workaround still is fine
