julian45[m]i would recommend/request packaging this version (1.6.0) with picard 3 if possible, as besides the improvements it brings that are in the release notes, i had a bizarre error with the version of fpcalc provided with the windows build of picard 2.13.3 (1.5.1 i think?) where attempting to... julian45[m]the weird part is that the pre-packaged fpcalc had been working fine up until i tried to fingerprint this particular release; all releases/files to date, as well as a few others literally a few minutes before, had been working fine with that fpcalc
