Did something change in how Picard handles the Language tag on MB?

Just one of many examples, but https://musicbrainz.org/release/23e82b13-8c53-4fb… has the Language set to [No Lyrics] on every work (I think that was me actually), but when I drop my already tagged files into Picard now, it removes the Language tag entirely... it used to set it to `zxx`.

Is that related to https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/PICARD-3009 ? But that is still open so I don't see why it would have changed already, don't see anything in the related issues either

PICARD-3009: Handling of lyricist and language of instrumental recordings needs to be made an option

Could also be on the MB API side I guess but I wouldn't really know where to start looking lol
