does anyone know if there is already something like this? couldn't find anything
and in the other hand, is there a ToS entry I'm missing that prevents providing something like this?
or if MB is interested, we can collaborate :)

quick question - according to my stats I've added 1,029 releases to mb. Last night I added around 10, none of which have appeared in mb, but if one tries to re-add the artist mb notes a dupe. There a glitch or my edits being held back for some reason?
where would one go to understand the root cause?
as an example, I added artist and album: Amy Neuenschwander - The Lies I Tell Myself
search for her and nada
try to re-add here and md says she exists
reosarevok
audiomuze: a search finds Amy Neuenschwander for me
And I can see a release too

There any reason one can't submit a release to MB via Picard?
outsidecontext
audiomuze: there is the addrelease plugin. as we speak I am finalizing the work to include this functionality in picard directly
submission itself is done via website, though. the plugin only prefills the form

so pretty much like the greasemonkey scripts I use to populate from bandcamp, apple music and deezer
there a reason not to automate the submission entirely through a workflow in Picard coupled by validation on the web end?
outsidecontext
there is not submission API
also no intention to basically duplicate the work done on the submission form
