What's the difference between the "artist" tag and the "artists" tag?

From Picard, but I think I figured it out: "artist" is the track artist credit, while artists is defined once for each individual artist for the track.

it's really remarkable how not-obvious a lot of the changes are unless you're familiar with how to find artists in mb and so on

(and know who the artists are, heh)
