Why were all of the recording artists set to [unknown] for https://musicbrainz.org/release/2722b3a3-17f5-4... ?

I see no evidence that the bands responsible for the tracks should not be credited, and the guitarists of the bands are listed on the cover art.

Ah… looks like _Guitar World_ released a list, and Hal Leonard released a book of transcriptions, and someone made a playlist thingy of the songs that _Guitar World_ listed. Still, I don’t see any evidence that the tracks in question are not the tracks recorded by the original bands.

I’m assuming Yindesu thinks it’s someone else playing the solos? But yeah best to ask them

I found it on Soulseek and downloaded some of the files, they are played by their respective artists/cut out of the actual songs

And maybe someone with autoedit could reverse those edits…
