Hi, this might sound stupid but I have been told that I can find movie info including covers and disc images on musicbrainz, dunno if someone was taking the p?

though there may be some info and images to be found regarding movie (soundtracks), MB wouldn't be the place to look for it

Is there any such equivalent for movies?

there's https://tmdb.org but they don't normally collect disc images afaik

iirc, there is a site that did that for dvd's, but not sure what it was called
