@rylie: I think the way I would do this is to open the release in its unmodified form in a second tab, and copy the URLs of the recordings from the track links on the second disc. In the "Recordings" tab of the editor, you can paste these URLs into the search field and it will look up the correct one automatically (this works on almost all MB search fields btw)
