An open-source developer (outside the core team) would be very much welcome to tackle some of that now (imo), but we don't have many MB contributors in general. @_discord_692436131190407268:chatbrainz.org has some interesting schemes to onboard more devs, and guide them through specific stuff (like doing UX), which would be great!
