I fixed a bunch of the issues you mentioned, and followed with a couple of improvements in the search/filters headers we have on the fresh releases and music neighborhood pages.
monkey[m]: The tag button (and other outline buttons like "view more" in stats or the feeed "refresh" buttons) I decided to keep bootstrap5's new style where it fills up with colour on hover. I think they look better that way and are more usable (you can actually see you are hovering on it), but do let me know if you think we should revert to the old style.
