Has anyone experience with scrobbling from Yamaha MusicCast multiroom speakers? I mean LB android detects the MusicCast android app and scrobbles when open, but often I start listening using the speaker buttons where no app is involved. I think in this case I need to scrobble directly from the server (RaspberryPi with OpenMediaVault)?

I envision a wizard-style page to walk you through each step as a new user, it would be less dauntibg to be presented with one choice at a time. But this flowchart is very helpful for such a project!

Currently this is a volunteer-run project so the pace is fairly slow, but it will be crucial to have a good iOS app.

If you're open to self hosted options that is usually the easiest if you want cross platform. Jellyfin has a ListenBrainz plugin, Navidrome has built in support. Plus doesn't have native support but can scrobble to last.fm then import. I made my own ListenBrainz tool for Plex

nobody automated this process for Apple Music. I've also tried using a solution for Last FM, but the scrobble service itself has limitations, for example: it's impossible to import scrobbles older than 2 weeks, which isn't a problem for ListenBrainz

Regarding LB for iOS: is there a reason why you use swift and not compose multiplatform? I know it is not ready but I think when it is we get the iOS app for much less effort.
