        It's finally here
      • (I hope it won't break on first run)

rustynova (@_discord_492790468321607681:chatbrainz.org) I get errors when trying to build it https://pastebin.com/e18zufSh
      • rustynova[m]
Well the build should be there soon... If GH finally use the latest version of the CI.
      • But your error is simple. You just need to run `export SQLX_OFFLINE=true` first to not search for the database when it's not created yet
      • I need to update the readme
      • Fourth run... Let's hope it works
      • cheekychoccy[m]
I still get the last 4 last errors of my pastebin
      • rustynova[m]
Oh. cargo update. My dependancy needed an hotfix.
      • cheekychoccy[m]
        ah thank you, that worked
      • rustynova[m]
It's available now! After the fifth run...
      • cheekychoccy[m]
looks like using alistral mapping list-unmapped just shows my top listens
      • rustynova[m]
oh no. I though I'd already fixed that
      • I'm checking my release build, and it seems that sqlx has some issues on release builds. It still tries to read env files while it doesn't need to.
      • cheekychoccy[m]
oh yeah I did have to create a .env file otherwise it'd crash

      • rustynova[m]
Odd. It works perfectly on my release build
      • (Yes I'm late on those recordings)
      • Are your top listens actually mapped?

      • cheekychoccy[m]
they definitely are, it was working fine on the previous version
      • I also noticed it's not actually all my top listens and the numbers aren't quite the same as on my LB stats page
      • rustynova[m]
I'll try running it on your profile to see if it breaks
      • Wait, did you use the dump importer or just run it?
      • Because that may be the problem
      • cheekychoccy[m]
I did use it, should I clear the cache and just run it without?
      • rustynova[m]
Ok that's probably where the issue is.

      • I just published my script to auto-download weekly recommendation playlist to a navidrome music folder, with some nice integrations. Have a look ! It is still ongoing work but it works really nicely on my side ^^

Interesting! I have a navidrome install at home, I'll give it a shot
      • snap2[m]
Spotify weekly recommendations were really missing when I switched to self-hosting, this helps to cope haha
      • julian45[m]
snap2: just looking at the README I might suggest you change your wording a bit: "downloads recommended tracks from ListenBrainz" makes it read as if LB is actually hosting the music, which it's not - it's calling out to yt-dlp to have it download matching tracks from YouTube, right?
      • * the music being downloaded, which
      • snap2[m]
You're right, I modified the readme and added some more info ^^
      • * info ^^ I wanted to keep things simple but this was confusing
      • julian45[m]
Cool, thank you! I know it's pedantic, but it just helps keep clear what LB actually is. For example, the MusicBrainz team has gotten copyright complaints from ppl who think MB is actually hosting all the music listed in the database, haha https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Copyright_and_DMCA_...
      • snap2[m]
I agree this is important to avoid any complaints and this was plain wrong too, no worries
