yeah, because calculating the ha1 value depends on both the username and plaintext password (the latter of which we don't have access to). so if your username changes, the only way to update the ha1 is to also update your password (even setting it to the same one should work)

if you never changed your name, then I'm not really sure from the screenshot what could be wrong. never used postman, but digest auth seems to work for me using curl

no, but you can contact support@ to get it changed by an admin

yeah, it's most likely something else if they don't remember. just wanted to make sure because multiple people have had that issue in the past
